The space
There are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom. Gather in the large living area or on the huge, wraparound balcony. There is a dining area with seating for 4 and an additional 3 chairs at the kitchen bar. The washer and dryer are located in a laundry room off the main hallway.
Guest access
Other than a locked supplies closet, guests have access to the entire condo. On the grounds, guests may enjoy one of two swimming pools and two hot tubs. There is also a fitness area to stay up on your workouts as well as a tennis court on the north side of the parking garage.
Additional notes
You must be at least 25 years of age to book our condo.

There is parking in the garage across the street from the condo, with a walkway on the 2nd floor to the condo building itself. Parking is a one time fee of $45 for the length of your stay, per vehicle. There are no assigned parking spots and no gates you have to remember codes for, which is really nice. Spots are first come first serve basis and we will provide registration information through your booking messages.

Neighborhood overview
This condo is the western-most high rise in the PCB area. It's less than 3 miles from the busy Pier Park attractions but this area is quieter and has less traffic than most other PCB condos. However, most attractions are a short drive away and, of course, the beach is merely a few steps away.
Getting around
From the condo location to St. Andrews State Park is roughly the longest distance you'd drive to any of the attractions along the PCB coastline. That will take approximately 30 minutes. Everything else should fall somewhere within that range. In addition to taking your personal vehicle, you can also rent golf carts and slingshots from various vendors if you would like more wind in your hair.
